Thank you for taking the time to visit my Christian music web site.  I have been a music minister, performer, songwriter and musician for many years. (Additional background information is available under my "biography" page) For a long time, I traveled to many churches and festivals spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ but recently I felt a burden to reach more people through my ministry.  My goal for this web site is to offer quality Christian music at no charge! That means, you can listen and download complete songs that I have written or hymns that I have recorded, for FREE and with no strings attached. You will not be asked to pay a fee, join an email list or sign an agreement to download any or all songs that are available on my web site. Are these downloads legal?

Yes, all songs on this web site are owned by myself and my affiliates and are legal to download. 

I'm sure most of you have heard some of the bad press and publicity concerning people downloading and sharing songs.  This controversy has led to many legal battles and hefty fines for those involved.  Each prosecution was warranted because the artists and writers had not given consent to download or share any songs without paying for the songs.  Unlike the songs you find on this site, ALL songs recorded on this web site are either original songs written by myself and a co-writer(s) or hymns that are available for public use (public domain).  All parties involved, on this web site, have given permission for my visitors to listen and download these songs in the name of ministry or Christian entertainment. The only stipulation is that the songs and arrangements of each song should not be downloaded for resale, be re-recorded or be used inappropriately.
